These terms apply to the Mile Square Exterior Cleaning website and to the services we provide.

Using this website

The content on this site is provided for general information about our exterior cleaning services. We work to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that every detail is current at all times.

Quotes and estimates

Quotes are based on the information and photos you provide. If conditions on site differ materially from what was described, we'll discuss any change in scope or price with you before proceeding.

Scheduling and weather

Exterior cleaning depends on weather and access. We may need to reschedule for safety or results, and we'll give you as much notice as we can.

Property access and preparation

You agree to provide safe access to the areas being cleaned, including water access where required, and to secure or remove fragile items from the work area before we arrive.

Condition of surfaces

Some surfaces have pre-existing wear, failing sealant, loose mortar, oxidation or prior damage that cleaning can reveal but did not cause. We assess surfaces before work and will flag concerns, but we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice. Recurring commercial programs are billed according to the agreed schedule.

Cancellations

Let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the slot to another customer.
